Jeanne says: Phil was my last brother and I loved him with all my heart. Despite his frequently locking me in closets and stealing the food from my dinner plate, he will always be my hero.



Sue says: Phil was my dad's best friend. He was a constant in our lives and he will be so missed. I really loved him.



Kim adds: Phil called us "the girls". He always was happy to see you. The man always had a smile or was chuckling, and his laughter was never fake. You wanted to be around him because he was fun. He did such great things for his family. May he rest in peace.
